Rita Leandro Vasconcelos is Counsel at Cuatrecasas at the European and Competition law Group in Lisbon. Rita advises on a broad range of matters and sectors, including complex acquisitions and multi-jurisdictional filings, antitrust and State aid. She also has experience in litigation before national and the EU Courts. She worked as a lecturer at the University of Lisbon and now lectures frequently at masters and postgraduates courses in Competition Law.
